Positive Images is a drop-in support group that meets weekly at the P.I. Center from 7 to 9 pm,
except on the 4th Thursday when we meet at Chop's Teen Center.

 

1st and 2nd Thursdays - Check-in Night	These nights are a special time for members who volunteer to open about their lives, share, and get support from their peers in a safe, confidential setting.
3rd Thursday - Community & Guest Night	This is an opportunity for members' family and friends to join them for a meeting to either witness and/or participate with community guests who will deepen the theme of the month.
4th Thursday - Chop's Teen Center	On this night, we meet at the Chop's Teen Center, 509 Adams Street, Santa Rosa.
5th Thursday - Movie Night	Movie night is a time to relax, socialize, and watch queer-themed movies as a group at the P.I. Center.

Orientation

While not required for attendance, prospective members who would like an orientation may simply contact us at posimage@sonic.net or call 707-568-5830. The orientation typically takes from 45 minutes to an hour and includes a tour of the building.

Safety and Confidentiality

What is said and who is seen at our meetings is expected to remain within the confines of the meeting place. Members are expected to not discuss nor pass judgment on the personal process of another member. Positive Images does not encourage people to "come out of the closet" and all personal decisions are left up to the individuals themselves.
